About Us

About Our Firm

Greendyke Jencik & Associates CPAS, PLLC was formed in November, 2004. Our mission is to provide our clients with national firm caliber expertise in a cost effective personalized manner. We feel that our model can best be delivered through a smaller firm profile with closer personal relationships.

Our firm focuses primarily on corporate, partnership, individual and trust taxation and serves clients in a variety of industries and in size ranging from individuals and start-up organizations to billion dollar publicly traded corporations. We also serve as tax planners and advisors to a number of owners and executives of the companies we serve. We find that serving as the tax advisors to both the individuals and the entities they own and/or work for allows us to develop a deeper understanding of their entire tax picture which, in turn, helps us be more effective long range tax planners.

The market niche that we serve is a reflection of the space that we enjoy working in as well as the best use of our collective talents and experiences. All four of our firm partners gained extensive tax experience working on multi-national, multi-state corporations with “Big Four” national accounting firms. This background helps give us the depth of technical knowledge and the practical experience to work with growing companies on a long term basis.

Our results to date have validated this strategy: Presently, 80% of our revenues come from corporate tax clients that need a high level of expertise, but prefer to have a closer, more personal, more cost effective relationship with a smaller firm. Many of our present clients were clients of ours at our former national firms. We believe this dynamic speaks volumes about how our clients view our relationships and is a credit not only to our technical expertise and our client service, but also to the relationships that we build.
